Shook! | A breakfast experience that adds elegance to your morning
The breakfast venue, "Shook!", has an impressively open and stylish atmosphere. Stepping into the space, where tropical fruits are beautifully displayed, will brighten your morning.
The most memorable dish was the soup noodle, prepared at the live station . The rich soup seeped into my body and had a gentle flavor that was perfect for breakfast. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was excellent. The balance of the rich sauce and the exquisite cooking was so good that I couldn't help but exclaim in admiration.
On the final day, a surprise chocolate cake with the words "Warm Farewell" was waiting for us. This warm gesture, which seemed to convey the sentiment of "have a nice trip," made for a special morning that deepened the memories of our stay.
Pak Tai | The essence of Southern Thai cuisine in a tranquil setting overlooking the sea
The resort's restaurant, Pak Tai, is located in a quiet location overlooking the sea, and its semi-private rooms create a sense of privacy. As dusk approaches, sit down on the terrace and enjoy a special dinner accompanied by the sea breeze.
The rich crab curry I had here was excellent, but what was even more impressive was the simple "mixed vegetable stir fry." It was cooked perfectly, bringing out the flavor of each vegetable, making it an ultimate dish. The delicate technique used allowed me to appreciate the depth of Southern Thai cuisine.
For our anniversary dinner, the table decorations, drink service, and even cake were all prepared. These subtle yet clear touches of thoughtfulness transformed a simple meal into an unforgettable memory.
Sea Breeze Grill | A romantic evening with fire and sea breeze
At the beachfront Sea Breeze Grill, you can enjoy garlic grilled shrimp and fragrant meat dishes at a candlelit table. Dinner with a view of the ocean stretching out before you is a truly luxurious experience that can only be experienced at a resort.
On the day we visited, a fire dance show was also being held, making it a special experience to enjoy the fantastical performance from your seat after your meal. Spending time surrounded by dancing flames and the sounds of the waves was a magical evening, where the space itself became entertainment.
Sunset Cocktail | A luxurious experience surrounded by a crimson sky
In the evening, a cocktail service is held daily, and on this day it was held on the terrace above the pool. Relaxing under the crimson sky with wine and light snacks is a luxury that can only be found at a resort, helping to soothe the fatigue of the day.
As the night progressed, the atmosphere of the bar changed completely. In stark contrast to the daytime atmosphere, enjoying a drink in a sophisticated space with an adult resort feel was a memorable way to end a trip that was deeply etched in my memory.
Memorable Ritz hospitality
The hat I received during my stay was of high quality in both design and craftsmanship, and was a wonderful gift that brought back memories of my trip and brought me back to my daily life. It was a thoughtful gift that only the Ritz could give, and it brought a smile to my face.
It's these little touches that turn a simple dining experience into an unforgettable memory. The warm service from the staff was the very definition of Ritz-Carlton hospitality.

The dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui was truly a culinary journey that engaged the senses.
A hearty dining experience starting with morning noodle soup, Southern Thai cuisine to celebrate an anniversary, and a grilled dinner accompanied by a flame show - each is a special moment etched in our hearts.
As the largest oceanfront resort on Koh Samui, it offers spectacular views from all-suite villas, luxurious time spent by a private pool, sophisticated dining experiences, and hospitality that cherishes anniversaries. It was a truly special resort stay that combined all of these elements, and it is definitely in my top three favorite hotels out of all the Marriott hotels I have visited so far.
The diving in nearby Koh Tao was also fantastic, making it an unforgettable stay that I will definitely return to.
