An unexpected re-creation! A memorable lobster omelette

"I can't forget the lobster omelet I had at the St. Regis Bali..."
I had this casual conversation with staff member Lauren over dinner, but I never expected that this casual conversation would lead to such an inspiring experience the next morning.

The next morning, when I sat down for breakfast, the lobster omelette was brought to me. It looked beautiful, and the aroma of the sauce was delicious. When I put it in my mouth... "Wow, it's even better than the one in Bali..."

It was a truly surprising and moving morning. They took my words and responded in a way that surpassed them. I felt that this was the true essence of Ritz hospitality.
