The carpaccio, made with exceptionally fresh fish, was particularly outstanding, with the high quality of the sashimi and the exquisite sauce combining perfectly.

Each pasta dish was unique, with a chewy texture and deep flavor. The chef's skill transformed the ingredients of Kohama Island into a sophisticated dish, making for a truly special dinner experience.

Ajidokoro Fukugi is known for its simple appearance and warm hospitality. The sesame-dressed sashimi I had there was one of the most memorable dishes of my trip.

The fresh sashimi is coated in a fragrant sesame sauce, creating an exquisite balance that brings out the flavor of the ingredients while leaving you feeling thoroughly satisfied.

The system that allows you to order in advance using a QR code on the bus is convenient, and the smoothness of having your food brought out immediately after arrival is also a great point for travelers. There are also tatami tables, so it is recommended for families with small children.

We stopped off for lunch at Tida Shokudo, a cozy restaurant frequented by locals. The warm atmosphere makes you feel like you're part of island life.

Although there is no shuttle service, it is definitely worth stopping by.
