The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa Accommodation Experience | Spend your summer holiday in the Cabana Room, the room closest to the pool
share
The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa is located on a quiet hill in Nago, Okinawa.
Spread out before your eyes is the clear blue sky, lush greenery, and the calm waters of Nago Bay.
For this stay, I chose the Cabana Room, which has direct access to the outdoor pool.
It's not just a place to stay, it's an extraordinary experience, surrounded by nature and water .
We will take a closer look at the "waterside luxury" of The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa, including the outdoor pool, which is the face of the hotel, and the secluded relaxation space "Heat Experience."
The open feeling of being one with the pool - the appeal of the "Cabana Room"
The Cabana Room is the only room at the Ritz-Carlton Okinawa that offers direct poolside access.
All rooms are located on the first floor, and the private terrace leads directly to the pool deck. Just a few steps away, you can dive into the waterfront, a special feeling not found in other rooms.
The spacious rooms are comparable to a junior suite, with the living space and bedroom gently connected. The rooms were recently renovated last year, so they are clean and comfortable. The rooms, with their harmonious blend of plain wood furniture and soft Ryukyuan design, exude the calm and elegance that only the Ritz can offer.
Stepping out from the terrace, you'll find a spacious pool overlooking Nago Bay, lined with cabanas and beach beds, truly reminiscent of a resort. While the room doesn't have a view of the ocean, the charm of the poolside more than makes up for it. This is an ideal room for families with small children, or those who want to fully enjoy time by the water.
Enter the sky, water, and greenery. An outdoor pool with a sense of openness
The outdoor pool, which spreads out across the courtyard of the Ritz-Carlton Okinawa, is designed to exude the spaciousness and openness that befits a resort.
With palm trees swaying and the natural backdrop of Nago, the blues of the sky and water blend beautifully.
There is no pool specifically for children, but there are shallow areas so you can enjoy the resort safely even with children. Fluffy towels and cold water are provided by the poolside, so you can easily head out empty-handed.
In the summer, you can order drinks and snacks from the poolside bar and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in bed.
Soak in the water, soak up the sun, feel the breeze...
Just doing that will allow you to spend a luxurious time feeling like you are being gently healed from deep within your body.
Rainy days and sunny days alike. A "spa space of light" that you'll want to visit again and again
I was captivated by the Ritz-Carlton Okinawa's "Heat Experience" during my last stay in a suite.
During my stay this time, I missed the tranquility and relaxation, so I decided to visit.
This relaxing space, equipped with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and cabanas, is a special place that combines "traditional Okinawan beauty" with "modern relaxation."
Large windows let in plenty of natural light, offering a panoramic view of red-tiled roofs and palm trees.
Outside, there is a jacuzzi and curtained off cabanas for a sense of privacy.
Spending time immersed in nature and tranquility will help you slowly unwind from the fatigue of your journey.
Another appealing feature of this area is that it can be used regardless of the weather.
No matter how many times I visit, my mind naturally relaxes... I'm always enveloped in that feeling, and it has become my "standard healing spot."
Summary | Enjoy the luxury of being near the water at the Ritz-Carlton Okinawa in the summer
From the cabana room to the pool, and then to the tranquil spa space "Heat Experience".
During this stay, we didn't just spend time in our room; we spent a special time with a water theme.
You can read a book while looking out at the pool, laugh with your family, or just feel the breeze by yourself.
Each experience was a luxurious and relaxing time , free from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
When you visit the Ritz-Carlton Okinawa, be sure to consider a stay by the water as part of your travel options.
I'm sure another charm of Okinawa will be deeply engraved in your heart.
I stayed there during my last stay.
