During this stay, I stayed in a suite room that was just renovated last year.

I visited on a humid afternoon after a rain shower. The Ritz's hospitality, which begins the moment you arrive at the driveway, resonates with me every time I visit. While waiting for check-in, I watched the bubbles of champagne being quietly poured as a welcome drink, and felt the pace of everyday life slow down.

The Renewal Suite's design resonates with the nature of Okinawa

This time we will introduce the suite room , which underwent a major renovation last year and has been reborn.

The first thing that surprised me was that the entire guest room was designed with the concept of "being in harmony with Okinawa's nature." The interior, based on beige and the warmth of wood, gently embraces the greenery and blue of the sea that spreads out outside the window. It almost felt like the room itself was part of the scenery.

The gold leaf art panels that exude a Japanese essence and the butterfly-like mobiles hanging from the ceiling perfectly fit the description of a "quiet, extraordinary experience."

The dining space is beautifully decorated with Okinawan fruits and awamori, creating an uplifting atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are in a gallery.

Relax in luxury on the terrace and in the bathroom with a jacuzzi.

The best thing about this room is the terrace with a jacuzzi and the spacious spa-like bathroom.

The terrace offers a beautiful view of Nago Bay and the golf course, and soaking in the jacuzzi while feeling the pleasant breeze is truly blissful. The bathroom also has a sophisticated design, with the contrast between natural stone and wood creating a calming effect. You can also enjoy the view outside from the bathtub, making you seriously think, "Ah, I want to live here..."

The drinks available exclusively to suite guests are also full of Okinawan flavor.

One of the attractions of the Ritz suites is that some of the drinks in the minibar are provided free of charge , and this time, the contents have been updated in line with the renovation.

When I opened the refrigerator, I found a lineup of drinks unique to Okinawa, such as pineapple juice, shekwasha soda, and craft beer made with ingredients from Okinawa. I couldn't help but ask, "Can I have all of this?"

I was impressed by the attention to detail that went into creating "things that can only be experienced while traveling."

What was particularly impressive was the promenade leading up to the space. The wooden promenade is surrounded by native Okinawan plants, and is enveloped in the tranquility and healing of a walk through a forest.

During the day, sunlight filters through the trees, and being surrounded by vibrant greenery is refreshing. At night, the illuminated roads take on a mystical atmosphere , making you feel as if you've stepped into another world.

Beyond that, in the Heat Experience Area, quiet music, natural breezes, and aromatic scents blend together to guide you into a moment of relaxation as you take deep breaths . The gazebo next to the pool is also a hidden gem where you can spend some time relaxing. It's a time to unwind from the fatigue of everyday life and connect with your core. This is a true "luxury retreat" that can only be experienced here.
